Trail Overview
Fairview Connection Forest Service Road (FSR) 170A is an offshoot trail of West Fork West - FS 509. This trail will connect you to Fairview Church - FSR 170 at the other end. Due to the number of trees that have fallen onto the path, this trail has become tight as you zigzag your way in between the smaller trees where others have made bypasses.

Difficulty
Due to the amount of overgrowth and downed trees, I would not recommend a full-sized truck or SUV go down this road. There are a lot of large trees down on the actual trail, which has caused bypasses to be made around smaller trees, and this makes it very tight for even a Gladiator Sport to navigate through. Scratches are extremely likely to be made in your vehicle's paint. There is also a large washout closer to West Fork West - FS 509 that will have your vehicle off camber up to 24 degrees.
