Trail Overview
This is a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. It was quite snowy and icy when we went out so speeds were slightly slower than if it was dry. The terrain seemed to be gravel and rocky. There are a few spots that have deeper ruts that will fill with water so be cautious of recent weather. There are a few hikes available along the trail. This is a state game area so be careful and aware of current hunting seasons. There are a few very cool hills that you drive through. The area has a lot of terrain change so it leaves you with some awesome views.
Difficulty
The trail is one vehicle wide in almost every area. There are a few decent grades that may pose a challenge for some if snowy or muddy. There are also a few spots where there is a decent rock in the trail that can be driven around in most vehicles.
