Trail Overview

Trail LL Fdr-5288 is a 64 inches wide and under trail open to ATV, SxS, and OHM. This trail runs from its Western starting point at its intersection with Trail LL, Paulding Lights, and ends at its intersection with FDR-5311. This is a very tight and winding dirt trail that traverses the eastern part of the Paulding landscape. This trail is surrounded by dense brush and mature forests for its entire length. This can lead to countless blind spots throughout the trail. There are large elevation changes throughout this trail, as well as several large mud holes that will need to be crossed. Riders of this trail will be treated to an abundance of natural wildlife in this area, with the potential to view many kinds of birds, deer, varmints, and other animals.

Difficulty

Riders of all skill levels can complete this trail; however, this trail should be ridden at slow speeds due to the lack of clear sight lines throughout the entire trail. Blind corners and a very narrow trail do not create an environment where it is easy to avoid other riders. Passing of vehicles will need to be done at slow speeds or completely stopped. There are several mud holes along this trail, all but one have a hard bottom and is very easy to navigate through. The mud hole that does have a hard bottom has a large bypass around it.
