Indian River trailhead is part of a designated off-road vehicle (ORV) trail that is legal for all vehicle types and sizes, from large 4x4s to dirt bikes. The trail is predominantly made up of sand and is surrounded by dense forests. This is a heavily traveled area, and there are a few blind corners. Please always remember to ride on the right side of the trail.

Access Description

Traveling south on South Straits Highway, leaving from Indian River, drive for approximately 3 miles. The trailhead is on the right-hand side. However, there isn't much signage, and it's located on a curve, so be cautious. There are restrooms at the trailhead, and there is ample parking space for large trailers.
