Trail Overview
This trail begins off of North Spring Brook Road as a dirt two-track and quickly opens into a wide field, where the remains of an old building foundation come into view, adding a quiet historical touch to the landscape. The field section features very loose sand, creating a soft and challenging surface before the route narrows again into a sandy trail winding through tree-covered areas. As the trail continues, high dirt sides begin to frame the route, with curves that require attention due to occasional washouts. A sandy uphill section follows, leading to a more scenic and elevated portion of the trail. A separate pull-off area provides a great spot for camping or picnicking, offering space to stop and enjoy the surroundings. Farther along the route, there is also a distinct viewpoint with a clear view of Boyne Mountain in the distance. The trail eventually connects Holms Road and North Spring Brook Road, with easy access from North Spring Brook Road.
