Woods Track A

Trail Overview

This is the main motocross/ Jump track at Nicholson Ford. The intended direction for this track is counter-clockwise. Most of this track is in the open grass area, but it does go into the woods for some natural jumps. The surface is generally hard-packed dirt, but the club will resurface this track periodically.

Difficulty

This track is intended for higher speeds and jumping primarily for Motocross bikes and quads. SxS machines are allowed to ride the track but must yield to faster traffic. The main obstacles are jumps are there are bypass options for the larger jumps on the track. Dirt surface with a potential for mud depending on recent weather.

History

This track was created by the Iowa River OHV club in 2024.
