Scout Mountain

Trail Overview

This trail is just outside of Pocatello. It goes into the National Forest, so there is some free camping in this area. On this trail, you will gain 3,000 feet in elevation. You start down in the forest trees, working your way up an easy dirt road. You will get epic views as you climb the mountain. It will dead-end at the tower gate at the top.
