Trail Overview
North Sulphur Canyon #5245 is an easy 0.7-mile ATV trail that begins at the intersection with trail #5244 and descends steadily into the forest along the boundary between National Forest and BLM land. The trail is grassy, faint, and somewhat overgrown, making visibility around corners more limited. While the descent is fairly steep on the north end, the trail surface remains mostly smooth, with very few rocks and only a couple of small downed logs. The route ends at a signpost marking the end of the designated ATV trail, though a primitive road continues beyond into BLM land. This trail doesn't lead to a specific destination but offers additional exploratory mileage for riders in the area.
