Trail Overview
Sumatra Road - Tate's Hell State ForestSumatra Road is a classic Florida forest cut-through within Tate's Hell State Forest. This trail features a mix of sandy and gravel terrain, making it an easy and reliable route for connecting to other parts of the forest. It's wide, flat, and well-traveled, with minimal obstacles and no major water crossings or technical sections. While not the most exciting trail in the forest, it's a solid option for making time or exploring nearby side routes. A good baseline trail for navigating the area. Remember to pack in, pack out, leave no trace, and tread lightly.
