Peacock's Pocket Road in Titusville, Florida, is a well-maintained gravel and dirt road within the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Open to both 4x4 and 2WD vehicles, this scenic route provides easy access to Florida's natural beauty. The road winds through diverse habitats, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, birdwatching, and photography. Visitors may spot alligators, wading birds, and other native species while enjoying a leisurely drive. Designed for smooth travel, the road allows standard passenger vehicles to navigate comfortably. With its peaceful surroundings and abundant wildlife, Peacock's Pocket Road is a great way to experience the refuge's untouched landscapes. At the time of this writing, half the trail is closed, but it will connect to the Gator Creek portion once reopened, extending the trail's length.
