Trail Overview

This five-mile trail connects the McGee Canyon Trail to the Sawmill Road Trail. Starting at McGee Canyon (7217 feet) the trail climbs 1340 feet to Sawmill Road Trail (8559 feet). The sandy trail has a few rocks but is nicely graded. The trail offers pretty views as it goes through pine forests.

Difficulty

This is a nicely graded sandy road. Watch for washouts at different times of the year. There are some small rocks but overall this is an easy-going road.
