Trail Overview
This trail is a rock hound's dream. So many offshoots. So many rocks, only so much payload capacity. The route is mostly easy, with a few deep wash crossings, sandy bottoms, and shelves about 2' high. Besides that, it's smooth cruising with a few narrow creosote sections that will happily remove a little clearcoat from your paint as you go past. If you're lucky, the military will be out training for their awesomeness. At the time of recording, a few F-22 Raptors, A pair of Ospreys, and a Chinook flew over! They fly low enough you may even see their helmets through the cockpit glass. Some offshoots have nice secluded camping spots with their own challenging approaches. There are two bars of LTE Verizon cellular service in this section of the trail.

Difficulty
Narrow, Sandy, and rocky in parts. Generally easy, but the occasional wash crossing adds difficulty. The trail may be impassable when wet.
