Trail Overview
Stillhouse Hollow Trail is located in Bald Eagle State Forest. Presently, it is a dead-end trail, which is just over a mile, due to a bridge being closed off with no alternate water crossing. The trail begins with gravel but quickly devolves into a rutted dirt trail. There are a few mudholes along the way, which do not present much difficulty but will effectively coat the bottom half of your offroad vehicle with mud. The trail is wide, minimizing the chance of pinstriping. There is plenty of wildlife to be witnessed throughout the trail, with wild turkey and deer being prevalent. The trail also presents wonderful scenery as it follows Laurel Creek.

Difficulty
This is a rutted dirt trail with some mudholes. The mudholes are shallow, barely reaching the front axle. Although the trail is wide enough to prevent pinstriping, there is only enough room for one vehicle at a time. There are plenty of pull-offs along the route to allow others to pass or to turn around.
