Partridge Run

Trail Overview

The trail consists of a broad gravel base that is regularly maintained by the state. Be aware that active logging occurs at all times of the year in this area so always keep an eye for trucks and other equipment. Along this route you will find many hiking trails and multiple opportunities to park and get out to experience the wildlife. Keep an eye in the trees for Owls, Hawks and even raccoons as I found one munching on crab apples high in a crab apple tree.

Difficulty

This trail is very well-maintained and should provide no difficulties outside of the winter season. If snow wheeling, be mindful of the edges of the trail being extra soft if the ground has not yet frozen.
