Trail Overview

This is a fun side trip off Motoqua Road to a beautiful canyon with a unique arch. The trail is navigable by most all-wheel drive vehicles with some care. You will probably get your wider vehicle scratched so be advised. The short trip into the arch provides great views of some beautiful rock formations.

Difficulty

There are many sharp rocks and a couple of steeper climbs with small ledges. At the start of the trail there are some deeper ruts that could cause issues for lower clearance vehicles.

Access Description

The trailhead is off the Motoqua Road and there is room for a larger group if you want to pull your trailers up to the area. There is also a dry camping area with some firepits on the eastern side of the trail.
