Trail Overview

This is an easy scenic trail that passes through a meadow on the outskirts of the Shawnee State Forest. This trail is easily passable by any high-clearance vehicle; there are few ruts/obstacles to get through or around. It is just a mellow, slow-paced trail to enjoy nature.

Very cool ride through the woods, but not really an “off road trail”…a little rougher but didn’t even really need four wheel drive.

Access Description

The trail starts on Long Lick Road. If you are coming from the south, it will be a left turn; if you are coming from the north, it will be a right turn.
