Trail Overview

The Little Manistee Cutoff is the trail that splits the greater Little Manistee trail between the north and south half. This 24-inch trail runs parallel to a 72-inch ORV route. This trail is a primarily sand-based trail that has been worn in. Generally, the trail has sunk 1-3 feet below the surrounding land. There are a few sandy hill climbs, but nothing significant in nature. The largest obstacle for this section of the trail will be the continuous whoops found throughout the trail.

The most difficult part of this trail will be deep sand and continuous whoops. There are a couple of short hill climbs, but nothing that would be prohibitive for most riders.
