All account management activities are currently handled through our customer experience team. The owner of a group membership can:
-Add individuals to the group membership
-Transfer a membership from one employee to another
-Make changes to billing or account information

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please submit your request at groupmemberships@onxmaps.com.
No, each group member will have their own account and password. Group members can setup shared folders to share markups (e.g. waypoints) with each other.
You’ll receive an acknowledgement from our customer experience team within 2 business days to help setup your account. Account creation, billing, and activation, may take up to 7 business days.
