Trail Overview

Forest Service Road 2334-250 spurs off the main forest road into an easy single-lane gravel descent with only small bumps, staying comfortable even as it gets slightly rougher around 0.4 miles. At a fork near 0.6 miles, the right branch becomes washed out, and some clearance is advisable; just beyond, a large downed log lies fully across the road and brings it to a stop. Two additional side spurs branch toward dispersed camping with fire rings, but neither leads far: one is washed out and requires high clearance to get in and back out safely, and the other is crossed by logs that block passage. The driving is genuinely easy, but with downed timber closing off the routes, it is mainly worth a look as a car-camping option rather than a destination drive.

Difficulty

The gravel surface is easy and well-behaved on a gentle descent with only minor bumps. The rating reflects a washed-out fork where some clearance helps, rather than any sustained technical terrain; the downed logs that block the main road and side spurs act as hard stops but do not make the drivable portion difficult.
