Trail Overview
Tower Trail is a scenic route within Concan Adventure Trails that provides access to several other trails, including the route to Tower Hill. The trail gradually gains elevation as it winds through the Texas Hill Country, with a few switchbacks that make for an enjoyable drive. Along the way, you'll be treated to some of the best views in the park, making it a great trail for both exploring and sightseeing.
Difficulty
This trail features a dirt and gravel surface with gradual elevation gain, a handful of switchbacks, and scattered loose rocks. The terrain is not particularly technical, and there are no major ledges or difficult obstacles to navigate. Most high-clearance 4x4 vehicles can complete the trail without issue. Loose gravel on the climbs may reduce traction after rain, but under normal conditions the route remains straightforward.
