Terlingua Ranch Gate 4 Road

Terlingua Ranch Gate 4 Road is a gravel backcountry route that cuts through the open desert of West Texas. The road travels across rolling terrain with wide desert views and classic Chihuahuan Desert vegetation. Along the way, the route passes ranch properties, so remain on the established roadway and respect private land boundaries. The surface is primarily gravel with sections of loose rock and natural washboarding. Some uphill stretches can become rougher, especially where erosion has formed uneven patches.
