Trail Overview

This is an in-and-back leading through Carson National Forest. Winding through and cresting at nearly 10,000 feet this is an easy cruise with some awesome scenery. Minimal traffic in the area but there is woodcutting so you may encounter other vehicles or people cutting wood. Most of the road is wide enough for 2 vehicles.

Road was dry with frequent erosion ruts and some deeper potholes and ruts with standing water. High clearance a must. 4WD advised. Lots of wildflowers.
