Trail Overview

This trail enters a red-dirt section of White River National Forest surrounded by dense aspens. The dirt can become difficult when wet, with 6–8-inch ruts throughout. The trail is narrow with limited passing space and a high risk of pinstriping. Around 0.3 miles, the trail becomes very rocky with rocks up to 4–8 inches in diameter. All-terrain tires or better are highly recommended. A chainsaw or handsaw is also recommended in case fallen trees block the route. The trail ends at FS 2273, which has a 62-inch width restriction.
