Eagle Rock Road

Cleared the trail of a couple downed trees. Trail has some snow, but made it to the top

We started on south end and found a few of the obstacle bypasses were fully washed out and not passable at about the 1-1.3 mile mark. We turned around past the 2nd significant rock garden after we met someone going down saying the washout was worse above. We were on 32" tires with about 9 inches of ground clearance. I would have wanted another half foot and bigger tires to have kept going. On the way back down met some folks taking an econoline 250 uhaul van up the trail - they were building ramps in front of them and making a bit of a mess behind.

When approaching the creek crossing, the snow was deep and icy with the slope towards the drop off.

trail from main field is fairly easy to trek but once you traveled 1/4 mile. the snow became too deep and slippery for 35 in tires to hold traction and getting stuck in deep ruts were a constant issue. turned around shortly after.

First time breaking in our JKU sport. Lockers would have been nice, but didn’t need them. 3.5 inch lift with 35 inch ATs were sufficient. Trail was perfect and quiet.
