The first 3.7 km is relatively flat, and then the ascent begins. Near the summit is a spectacular view to the south. If you are from the US with US mobile service, you can get a strong signal at this point. The summit, which is 700 meters past the lookout, is inauspicious.Overall, this is a good hike if you like challenges in the backcountry.Trailhead is near parking lot which is at 323 Chem. Ruiter Brook, Mansonville, QC J0E 1X0
