FS 3100-310

This is a narrow, one-lane, dirt-based forest road. The trail is very overgrown and has tight trees as well as vegetation growing onto the trail. There are minor ruts and wash, but any vehicle type could traverse this trail; however, a full-size pickup or van can expect severe scratches. There are places where you will have views of the surrounding ridges and peaks, as well as a few dispersed campsites along the route. Cell phone service was weak on this trail, and there are no amenities, so you will need to travel prepared. You are approximately 20 minutes down the highway from the nearest supplies and services in Metaline Falls.
