Trail Overview
Flexed Out is a short exploratory trail located within Concan Adventure Trails that climbs gradually along the side of a hill before ending at a dead end. The route offers a fun drive through rocky Hill Country terrain with sections of overgrown vegetation and tighter tree coverage along portions of the trail. While not especially difficult, the trail provides a more rugged feel compared to the easier connector roads throughout the park.
Difficulty
On this trail, you’ll encounter a gravel and rocky surface made up mostly of smaller loose rocks with minor uneven terrain throughout the route. The gradual hillside climb adds light elevation change, though there are no major ledges or highly technical obstacles. Some sections become narrow due to overgrown vegetation and trees, which may cause light pinstriping on wider vehicles. During wet conditions, loose rock and dirt can become slick while climbing the hillside.
