Tetherow Log Jam Road

This road is maintained, winding, and sees regular traffic due to access to the boat ramp. Be alert for SxS and motorcycles traveling in the opposite direction, as they may use the full width of the road in some sections. Numerous pull-offs along the route are suitable for parking and may offer opportunities for dispersed camping. To reach the boat ramp, continue all the way to the end of the road at the water's edge. The Tetherow Log Jam Boat Ramp is best suited for launching human-powered watercraft such as kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Due to the steep and limited access, it is not recommended for launching trailered motorboats. The road also leads to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Deschutes River, with nearby areas that may be suitable for camping. Overall, it is a scenic road and a great route for exploring the area.
