Trail Overview
Most of this trail has been smoothed out to just a dirt road, making it very easy except for a couple of obstacles. One is a pretty tough drop or climb, depending on which direction you choose to run the trail. It is around 10 feet and about a 60-degree angle. It has tree roots, mud, and large rocks. The other obstacle is a small rock garden.
Difficulty
Most of the trail is relatively easy, but a handful of challenging obstacles justify its rating. One of the main features is a steep, roughly 10-foot ledge with exposed tree roots, large rocks, and mud at about a 60-degree angle. The overall difficulty can vary depending on which direction you run the trail. Another key obstacle is a small rock garden, where even well-equipped Jeeps on 35" tires have been seen struggling, though all ultimately made it through. This trail earns a higher rating not just because of these obstacles, but also due to narrow, body-damaging sections and additional rock gardens that require careful navigation.
