Trail Overview

This trail is an unmaintained forest route that links with a maintained road at either end. Around the halfway point, the trail crests a hill before entering an area containing numerous fallen trees scattered across the route. These appear to be naturally fallen trees rather than intentional barriers, and while many have informal bypasses around them, carrying a chainsaw would be beneficial if you plan to travel this trail. In addition to the fallen timber, the route features narrow sections, moderate ruts, rolling hills, and patches of uneven terrain that require careful tire placement. The combination of these obstacles creates a more technical drive than the surrounding roads in the area. Drivers should expect slower progress through the tighter sections while enjoying a quiet and scenic forest setting. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
