Trail Overview
This trail is an enjoyable connector route that branches from the main road and links with a previously mapped trail. Although it is not heavily traveled, the road remains easy to follow and provides a pleasant drive through shaded forest. The trail is primarily sandy and generally straightforward, with several wider areas where vehicles can safely turn around if needed. As the route approaches its end and begins descending toward the logging road, it narrows noticeably and develops deeper ruts that require more careful tire placement and slower speeds. While these features increase the technical difficulty slightly, they do not present major obstacles for a capable off-road vehicle. This is a fun and scenic connector trail that offers a quieter alternative between larger forest roads while maintaining an enjoyable mix of sandy terrain and light technical features. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
Difficulty
The difficulty increases slightly near the end of the route, where narrowing conditions and ruts demand slower, more deliberate driving.
