Trail Overview
This trail is super fun to take on the weekends, and offers a long loop which doesn't take you too far from Highway 97. A mixture of sand and dirt make this road very fun and in places challenging to drive on. This route is perfect for an afternoon drive, and takes you right back to where you started. There are sections of heavy brush along skinny spots of the trail, so do not take this route if you are worried about pinstripes. Due to frequent logging in the area, it is best to drive this trail on the weekends so you do not get cut off. Keep an eye out for log trucks, and carry a CB radio if possible.
Difficulty
The main reason for this difficulty rating is the overgrown vegetation. There are many sections where you will be driving up against trees on either side of the road. Aside from this, the road is very well-maintained and has minimal ruts, potholes, and obstacles to navigate. During the winter months, this trail is likely to be snowed over, greatly increasing the difficulty.
