This cut-through trail connects with two arterial roads, providing a useful link between the surrounding roads. The trail has several deep ruts from previous use, along with a mix of inclines and declines that make the route uneven. The surrounding area also has a considerable amount of debris, including fallen trees and other vegetation. Most of the larger debris has been cleared from the main travel path, but many fallen trees and branches remain close alongside the road. Combined with overhanging branches and encroaching vegetation, these obstacles can make the trail feel tight in places. Wider vehicles should use caution, as there may not be much room to maneuver around the debris without making contact. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
