FS 1158

This is a gravel-based forest road that is narrow with some places to pass. There is washboard in some areas and some overgrown vegetation, but much less than on some of the trails in this area. Overall, this is an easy trail that is suitable for any vehicle type. Camping is available along this entire trail with several pre-existing campsites. You will have good views of the surrounding ridges and of the valley below you. There are no amenities on the trail, and cell phone service is weak, so travel prepared. From the start of this trail, you are approximately 35 minutes from the town of Sisters, where you will find the nearest services and supplies.
