10-1/2 Trail

10-1/2 Trail is a bidirectional trail within the Cadillac Forest Management Unit. Located off North 7 Road from the east or Harlan Road from the west, this trail is easily accessible. Most of the trail is a combination of dirt and sand with some rock mixed in here and there. This trail is pretty straightforward with gorgeous views of the forest all around. Like most Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause downed trees, washouts, & mud holes. Most of this trail is only wide enough for 1 vehicle with limited places to pass. This trail being bidirectional makes it easy to navigate to your next trail to continue on your adventure. This is not a difficult trail at all, but still contains lots of fun with plenty of scenic views.
