Trail Overview

This trail begins off Pinkham Circle Road and climbs through a beautiful section of National Forest filled with dense trees and incredible mountain views. The trail is narrow in sections, making it difficult for vehicles to pass, so use caution when approaching others. The surface is mostly fine dirt that can become challenging when wet, with 5–6-inch ruts along the route. Several scenic campsites are available, including a shaded site at 1.2 miles that fits two vehicles, a larger site around 5.1 miles that fits up to four vehicles, and a private creekside campsite near the end with shade, a fire ring, and excellent privacy. Overall, this is a fun and scenic trail offering beautiful forest views, creek access, and several great camping opportunities.
