The trail begins moderately, featuring a primarily dirt surface dotted with scattered, loose 1- to 3-inch rocks. Near this tranquil entrance, a fantastic, level campsite awaits, boasting a rustic fire ring and ample space to comfortably accommodate three to four vehicles amidst beautiful, blooming wildflowers. As adventurers push further along the scenic path, the trail's character dramatically shifts, becoming significantly more technical and demanding. Drivers will encounter challenging, uneven obstacles requiring roughly 12 inches of ground clearance, as well as tricky sections of 10-degree off-camber terrain that test vehicle stability. Deep, imposing ruts reaching 12 to 14 inches require precise line selection and focused navigation. Ultimately, this vibrant, mountain-view trail delivers a wonderfully fun, technical driving experience paired with two excellent camping spots.
