While this trail is not particularly difficult in dry conditions, there is one low-lying section that can become a significant water crossing when runoff or seasonal flows are present. Aside from that obstacle, the route is generally straightforward for 4WD vehicles. Motorcycle riders should exercise additional caution, as several sections contain deep silt and soft, loose dirt that can be difficult to see and may catch riders off guard.
