Trail Overview
This short trail breaks off CR 429 and immediately descends over 8–10-inch rock ledges. The route is narrow with no room for passing and consists mostly of fine dirt that can become extremely difficult and dangerous when wet. At the end, an incredible cliffside campsite can accommodate up to five vehicles and offers level ground, privacy, and panoramic views of Mount Logan and the Book Cliffs.
Difficulty
This trail is a narrow single-width route with 8–10-inch rock ledges at the entrance. The trail itself is short and relatively easy beyond the initial obstacle, making the campsite and views the main attraction.
