Trail Overview
Little Bigger Road is an easy, well-maintained gravel road that serves as a primary access route into deeper trail systems near Mount Magazine, making it ideal for reaching more technical trails without much effort. It had been raining all night, so conditions were pretty wet, but the road held up well. The entire route is gravel and has been recently improved with fresh, large gravel and grading, remaining smooth and wide in most sections for easy travel. It primarily functions as a connector and access road into surrounding trail networks and is located at the base of Mount Magazine, offering a scenic approach into the forest. While it is generally smooth, some areas have freshly graded, loose rock that can slightly reduce traction. The road is maintained for Forest Service and logging operations and is wide enough to accommodate passing and larger vehicles.
