Trail Overview
This trail begins at the end of Upper Creek Bypass at the closed wash intersection and follows an easy full-width dirt two-track that winds around private property. The route is surrounded by desert creosote and native grasses, with approximately one bar of AT&T service available.
Along the trail, travelers will pass beneath power lines and near a livestock pen created from old water pipes adjacent to private property. The route eventually turns left and follows the power lines for a short distance before reaching the private property boundary.
A State Trust Land Permit is required to access this area. Portions of the trail cross private property through designated gates. Signs posted along the route indicate that access is currently permitted but may be revoked at any time. Please remain on the established roadway, do not stop on private property, and pack out everything you bring in.
This easy dirt road is generally passable by most vehicles in dry conditions, but could become muddy or impassable following wet weather.
Difficulty
Nothing technical, no obstacles found, just a wide track 2wd/4wd. Might be impassable in wet weather
