Trail Overview

This 9.8-mile point-to-point trail runs along power lines on the Mongollon Mesa. Enjoy great views of the Coconino Forest and the Fossil Spring Wilderness area. This trail does become muddy during the winter and spring months and can receive a good amount of snow. The end of the trail connects to the 9D technical trail which is only open from October to April.

Difficulty

Easy trail with a few possible water crossings under 10" in the winter/spring. Rocks under 12" in size. Can become muddy during winter/spring or after heavy rainfall.

Starts down by the river a blue trail and slowly creeps up hill then gets steeper and goes up the canyon walls switch backs. trail changes names to a green names fallows powerlines throuhh fields and brush.snowed 2 days ago and was slick on top all the way to to 260 i made the hole thing in 2wheel drive in a razor sxs
