Trail Overview

FS 2366 begins off FS 248A as a mellow, grassy two-track winding through taller pine trees before gradually descending into a younger section of forest where the trees are shorter and more spaced out. The trail follows the ridgeline with a scenic, open feel before reaching the lower section. Near the end, the original route is no longer passable, but a newly established track has been mapped and now routes you safely down the hill. This updated path reconnects with the original endpoint in a valley meadow below. Along the way, you’ll find multiple camping opportunities tucked throughout the forest and near the meadow, making this a great option for a quiet overnight stay.
