Trail Overview
Perry Creek Passage is a 9.3-kilometer intermediate trail that winds through dense Northern Ontario forest, following sections of Perry Creek before climbing to higher terrain. Drivers can expect a mix of rocky surfaces, muddy water-filled holes, erosion, and off-camber sections that require careful tire placement. Several narrow, overgrown sections may leave pinstripes on full-size vehicles, and seasonal mud can significantly increase the trail's difficulty. High-clearance 4WD with low range is recommended, and drivers should allow approximately one hour to complete the trail, depending on trail conditions and group size.
Difficulty
Technical creekside terrain with uneven rock, erosion, and off-camber sections requiring careful tire placement. The hardest obstacle is a narrow, eroded crossing that can become significantly more difficult after rainfall. High-clearance 4WD and low range are recommended.
