Trail Overview

Take Highway 520 exit off Highway 22. The route starts off on gravel road, but a third of the way in turns to dirt roads, and there are numerous areas with significant ruts. Weather can quickly make the dirt sections extremely slippery. Make sure you air down and make sure your tires are aggressive enough.

Very well maintained gravel road with a couple of steeper grades a few correlations, but overall, a smooth road that a regular passenger car could drive when dry.

Trail was mint. Some large ruts about half way into the trail. Saw a black bear so that was neat.

Relatively easy for any 4WD. The wet snow made it a bit slippery going downhill. Otherwise no troubles at all. Very scenic and quiet area.
