Hollow Loop - Trails M, N, X

A new remake of an old trail. Some machine-built updates were added to provide a bit better grade than the old version. Enter the Hollow Loop shortly after crossing the over/under bridge. The beginning has some old school jankiness, but you'll soon climb up enough to enjoy more than a few good downhills, some retooled with a mini-excavator. Eventually, switchback climb your way up Heartbreak Ridge and merge onto the Ice Age Trail. A half-mile or so after crossing Horn Lake Road, be sure to stay left off of Ice Age Trail or you'll end up back at Dog Lake. The journey back to the start of the loop is a little less aggressive and you know you're near the end when you go under the "over/under" bridge. Complete the loop, then hang a right to continue north on Roundtop & White Lightning - Trails G, H & I.
