Description
A 'plankwalk' bridge branches from the Pond trail to an area with lake-side access with excellent views. Further on, the trail turns sharply once it meets the hillside, and begins a steep climb up to the ridge trail (which provides access to the Field and Saddle trail). The trail then heads back down the steep slope to meet up with the Pond trail once again. The steep sections of this trail can be technical and slippery in the winter, but are usually dry in the warmer months.
