Trail Overview
This trail consists of a tight two-track running through tight twist hills. There is little area on either side of the trail for run-off or room to pull over. The trail has several small water/mudholes with an average depth of roughly 1 foot. This is a slow technical trail due to the width. There is a posted speed limit of 10MPH. Washouts of the trail remain small, but there is an opportunity for them in some areas with frequent elevation changes. One portion of this trail runs on Himley Lake Rd. FS 2923. This trail will run through several areas of high land and some low land. Tree cover is very dense, allowing very little sunlight penetration onto the trail or visibility into the oncoming forest.
Difficulty
This trail needs to be rode with caution as it is a two-track trail. There is very little space on either side of the trail, for avoiding other machines. Caution needs to be taken when approaching a machine from behind or oncoming. There are several mud holes located across this trail with an average depth under one foot deep. This trail should be ridden with a machine that has a winch, or a second vehicle for recovery purposes just incase. Tree cover is dense allowing for very little visibility.
