Trail Overview

This is the northern portion of Roberts Lake - FR 2144. This trail contains a great mix of long sweeping corners and a few tighter turns throughout. Elevation changes are also frequent on this trail. While there is nothing that is super drastic. These elevation changes are very nice and create an excellent riding experience. This Forest Road is well maintained and is groomed several times a year. This translates into an excellent ride for anyone who wants to go out and get their feet wet with some light off-roading.

Difficulty

This trail is excellent for off-roaders of all skill levels. The trail is wide enough for two full-size vehicles in most areas, but will occasionally cut down to one and a half vehicle widths. The road surface is primarily a sand/ gravel base. Caution should be taken if the trail has been freshly groomed as corners can be easily slid through. This trail can also become excessively dusty when conditions are dry. There are no low spots so mud holes are not a worry.
