West Railroad Canyon - North

This 1.5 - 2 lane dirt road starts off in dense forest but rapidly leaves this for old clear cuts and burn scars. The road has some shallow runoff ruts as it climbs gradually into the mountains. There are shelf sections, but the road is wide, and there is enough shoulder that they don't feel like shelf roads. They do offer spectacular views of the surrounding valleys and hillsides. There is one large dip at the very top, within maybe 25 feet of the end of the road, but it can be driven around.
